Alaan Apps Temporarily Unavailable due to AWS Outage

Due to the ongoing situation in the region, we are currently experiencing a temporary disruption to platform access due to a major Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage affecting its service availability in the UAE.
What Happened and Its Impact

The AWS outage has escalated and is currently impacting access to the Alaan web and mobile applications

  • You will not be able to access the Alaan web dashboard or the mobile app.
  • Receipt submissions are currently not functioning, including via alternative channels such as WhatsApp or email forwarding.
Services Operating Normally

  • Your card payments will continue to work as usual.
  • Fund-ins are being processed and loaded normally.
What We’re Doing
Our team is actively monitoring the situation alongside our infrastructure provider and working to restore full access as soon as possible.
