As a Partnership Manager, you will identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across various sectors. Utilizing your strong communication skills, you will qualify prospects, negotiate deals, and develop go-to-market plans to drive revenue and enhance Alaan's market presence. This role demands a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product teams. Responsibilities include delivering co-marketing opportunities, onboarding new clients, informing the product roadmap, and managing existing partnerships to ensure continuous collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding targets, strong discovery and consultative selling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in consultative conversations across various channels
  • Find innovative ways to build and develop strong partner relationships.
  • Maintain accurate partner and client relationship data on CRM.
  • Onboard partners and create comprehensive go-to-market plans.
  • Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner companies.
  • Educate partners on our offerings and articulate the value propositions to prospects.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Work with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering teams to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients, and inform the product roadmap.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, manage the entire deal process, and ensure successful partnership launches.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing strategic partners.
  • Interact with clients face-to-face at networking events, conferences, and on-site meetings.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed for partner meetings and events.

You would be the perfect fit if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in partnership management or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid network and experience in partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Interest in understanding business challenges across various verticals.
  • Excellent listening skills and professional presence.
  • Strong consultative selling ability.
