Job Description
Budgeting
- Support the consolidation of the annual Parks budgets (revenues, costs and capex) and prepare appropriate presentations for the management.
- Support in maintaining a tracker of all budget reallocations made across the group and ensuring necessary approvals have been obtained prior to reallocation as per DOA.
Annual Insurance Renewal
- Support the consolidation of the annual Parks budgets (revenues, costs and capex) and prepare appropriate presentations for the management
Shared Services Budget Allocations
- Support in communication with Head of Shared Services to ensure all cost allocations are in line with the budget assumptions and in line with guidance from management
Reporting & Consolidation
- Support in consolidating all monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by Miral Asset Management Finance as well as supporting any adhoc requests for reports and data.
- Support consolidation of monthly forecasts received from parks.
- Perform detailed analysis on monthly reports and prepare commentary for senior management review.
Dashboards & Custom Reports
- Support in the development of suitable reports and dashboards to enable Finance and other departments to analyze business performance effectively and automate existing reports currently being produced on Excel.
- Support in implementation of OneStream (Budgeting Tool) across all Miral Experiences
Essentials:
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, CMA, ACCA).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a large/ multi-site operation.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle).
- A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to present and explain data clearly to non-finance users.
