About the speakers

Youssef Salem is the CFO of ADNOC Drilling, the world's largest integrated driller, and has previously served as CFO of AIQ and Swvl. Youssef has over 13 years of investment banking experience, executing more than $100bn of capital raises, financings, M&A, and restructurings. He is a CFA Charterholder and was named a Forbes Middle East 30 under 30. Additionally, he is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Hub71 and an Adjunct Professor at the American University in Cairo.

Parthi Duraisamy is the CEO & Co-founder of Alaan, UAE's leading corporate card and spend management company. He started his career as a Software Engineer for Airbus and then moved on to Barclays Investment Bank, where he served as an Assistant Vice President. In his last stint before founding Alaan, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he led large-scale transformations and mergers, working with CEOs and leadership teams across multiple sectors and geographies – Europe, the US, the Middle East, and South East Asia.
