Travelling? Alaan has you covered

Employees often have to take domestic and international trips for conferences, sales, and other business needs. Travelling naturally brings in extra expenditures that companies usually have to deal with separately.

With our latest update, you can now set card category controls specifically for travel. Getting cashbacks on foreign expenditures adds the cherry on top.

Team leaders can now review expenses

Alaan is always listening to your needs and suggestions. That’s how we got to know that not every single expense needss to be reviewed by everyone up the food chain. So now we have added the option of assigning teams and respective leaders for each expense. We understand the need of segregating and delegating tasks to concerned people, and assigning teams to your expenses will help you do just that. 

This can be done by going to Settings -> Teams and Assign Team Leaders.

Watch out! The COPY button is here 

Don't we all just love Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V? Seems to make life better, doesn't it? We've translated the seamlessness in our new update by introducing the COPY button. 

Manually typing out card details for every online purchase is slow and time taking. Make it easier by using the COPY button!

Being an admin has never been better 

If you are an administrator, you can now view all card details on the web application. 

To view the details, go to Card->View Card Details. To make things even more convenient, we've added the copy button here as well to quickly transfer card details if need be.

Looking for cashback?

If you're going to be travelling soon, spending on marketing, or subscribing to a new software, don't forget to use Alaan to enjoy cashbacks on your card expenses!

You should be able to view cashback earned within two weeks from your date of purchase and you can redeem it instantly on the Alaan app.
