Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Integration and Analytics Specialist to manage data integrations, ensuring accurate connectivity between systems. You will analyze operational and financial data, create dashboards, and provide reports to drive business decisions. Additionally, you will optimize data processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Staying updated on industry trends will help enhance our data practices and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Manage Data Integrations: Oversee and execute data integration tasks, ensuring accuracy and seamless connectivity between systems.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data, create dashboards, and generate reports to guide business decisions.
• Optimize Data Processes: Enhance data workflows and processing efficiency, maintaining high data integrity.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business units to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot & Support: Resolve data-related issues and support data integration and reporting tasks.
• Stay Updated: Keep current with industry trends and tools to improve data practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Analytical Skills: You excel at analyzing data and drawing actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with Metabase and/or more advanced programming language is a plus.
• Integration Experience: You have experience managing data integrations and ensuring data accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: You effectively troubleshoot and resolve data issues with a methodical approach.
• Communication: You clearly convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: You ensure accuracy in all data tasks with a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: You collaborate well with diverse teams and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
