Position Overview

Join our fast-growing fintech as a Flutter Developer, where you'll help expand our critical mobile development function. This high-ownership role requires a dedication to innovation and customer-centric principles.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Enhance and maintain our mobile application to become a favorite daily tool for our users.
• Continuous Improvement: Constantly refine the product by implementing feedback and collaborating with the team on decision-making.
• Excellence in Delivery: Maintain high standards in code and product delivery through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Skill Development: Engage in ongoing personal and team development to improve skills and elevate team performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Technical Proficiency: Minimum one year of experience with Flutter required; familiarity with GitHub and collaborative team environments.
• Proactive Attitude: High levels of ownership, willingness to experiment, and capability to take on a variety of tasks.
• Long-Term Vision: Commitment to grow with the company and contribute to its long-term success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams, staying updated with rapid product evolutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Expertise: 2+ years of mobile app development experience across iOS, Flutter, and Android.
• Additional Skills: Experience with BloC State Management, Native SDK integrations, React.js, and Node.js is highly desirable.
