Key Insights
One in three UAE companies now pay for at least one AI tool, up from one in five a year ago.
Adoption peaks at companies with 51 to 200 employees, at 44 percent, rather than at the largest enterprises where procurement moves slower.
Claude took 59.5 percent of AI spend by July 2026. ChatGPT did not shrink, its spend grew 154 percent and its customer count doubled.
Eight in ten companies using AI app builders are not tech firms. They are real estate offices, traders, agencies and manufacturers building internal tools.
