Problem

Trouble keeping track of expenses

As Calo experienced rapid growth and expanded its customer base, managing expenses became increasingly complex. The absence of a centralised spend management system led to a tedious process for tracking and managing expenses in real-time. 

Employees faced challenges with manual receipt collection and data entry, resulting in frequent delays and errors. Additionally, the lack of automated approval workflows made it difficult to enforce spending limits and ensure adherence to company policies.
