HubSpot and Monday are the strongest in this segment relative to Zoho. HubSpot peaks here at 17.6% share, its highest penetration of any business size. Pipedrive and Freshworks each capture about 5%, while Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce remain niche (3.5% and 1.2% respectively).

For large enterprises with larger teams, Zoho, Salesforce are the clear winners with highest adoption rates in large enterprises.

Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Monday are the most common "second CRM" choices. Zoho dominates through organic new adoption rather than poaching.

Start with one team

You don't have to move the whole company at once. Pick one team, load a sub-wallet, issue a few cards, and see what a month of spend looks like when every transaction arrives already coded.
